A rebuild or replatform is one of the fastest ways to lose the AI and search visibility you've already earned. We lead the strategy so it doesn't, and so the new site wins more of it from day one.
What it is
Every citation, ranking and entity signal a brand builds sits on top of its website's structure. Rebuild that structure carelessly and you can reset years of AI and search visibility overnight. Do it deliberately instead, and GEO, AEO and SEO have something solid to compound on.
We've led strategy on client website builds and launches before wiring in the technical SEO and entity work that follows, rather than treating the website as a design exercise that happens separately from visibility. Redirect mapping, information architecture and schema get decided with AI and search retrieval in mind from the first wireframe. Patching them in afterwards is what breaks visibility.
What we do
FAQ
A rebuild changes URLs, page structure, internal linking and often entity signals, all things AI engines and search engines use to understand who you are and what to cite. Get the migration wrong and you can lose citations and rankings that took months to build, in a single launch.
We lead the strategy: information architecture, technical SEO requirements, redirect mapping and content decisions, and we work alongside your design and development team (or ours, where needed) to make sure what gets built protects and improves visibility rather than resetting it.
Ideally before, or in parallel. A site built with clean information architecture, proper schema and answer-first structure from day one gives GEO and AEO work something solid to build on, rather than technical debt to work around.
As much as possible. We do our best work when we're brought in during planning, before redirect maps and information architecture decisions are locked. Coming in after the fact means damage control instead of prevention.
We audit what broke, missing redirects, flattened content, stripped schema, and rebuild the affected structure. Recovery takes longer than doing it right the first time, but most of what's lost can be won back.
