ChatGPT and LLM visibility agency
Buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini which software to shortlist before they ever visit a vendor's site. We make sure your brand is named, described accurately and recommended, and we show you the proof every month.
Trusted by VC-backed B2B teams

ChatGPT and LLM visibility is how often, and how favourably, large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini mention and recommend your brand when a buyer asks about your category. An LLM visibility agency improves it by shaping what the models know about you, what they retrieve at answer time and which sources vouch for you.
People sometimes call this ChatGPT SEO or LLM SEO. The name matters less than the mechanics. A language model does not rank pages. It builds an answer from what it learned in training, what it retrieves from the web when needed, and how confidently it can identify the brands involved.
This is one part of our wider GEO programme. This page covers the language-model specifics: how ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini differ, and what we do about it.
| Layer | What it is | What we work on |
|---|---|---|
| What it already knows | Brand knowledge built from the web the model was trained on | Consistent naming, category and positioning across every source that describes you |
| What it retrieves | Live results fetched when a prompt needs fresh or niche information | Bing and Google indexing, crawler access, answer-first pages |
| What it trusts | Third-party lists, reviews and coverage that corroborate a brand | Citation building on the lists, review sites and publications engines rely on |
What our LLM visibility service includes
Language models reward brands that are recognisable, corroborated and quotable. We work on all three at once.
01
The questions your buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini by role and buying stage, mapped with our PromptPath™ method, 150+ prompts across the funnel.
02
A consistent, accurate description of who you are across your site and the sources that describe you, so models do not guess or leave you out.
03
Placement on the lists, review platforms and publications models retrieve and trust for your category.
04
Answer-first pages, Bing and Google indexing, crawler access and schema, so models can find and quote you.
05
Visibility, share of voice and mention position by engine and prompt, tied to AI referral traffic and pipeline.
Want the full recommendation strategy across every engine? That is our GEO programme.

Months 2 to 6
Monthly sprints against the prompts that drive pipeline, reported by engine.
After that
We train your team on the system and step back to light advisory. No open-ended retainer by default.
In depth
A strong Google ranking does not carry over to ChatGPT. Most of the brands we audit rank well and have clean backlink profiles, yet are missing from the answers ChatGPT gives for their own category. The two systems answer different questions. Google decides which pages to list. ChatGPT decides which brands to name.
That difference changes the work. With a language model you are trying to become a brand it recognises and trusts, so the effort goes into how consistently you are described, how many credible independent sources mention you, and whether your own pages answer the questions buyers ask. We explain the detail in our guide to how ChatGPT decides which brands to recommend.
It is also winner-takes-most. A model usually names only a handful of brands in an answer, so being fourth or fifth in your category can mean being absent from the response altogether.
The three major assistants share a pattern but differ in the detail. Each combines what the model learned in training with information it can retrieve at the moment of the question. Each weighs how consistently a brand is described, and each tends to favour brands that independent sources already mention.
They do not behave the same way, which is why we track them separately. A prompt that names you in ChatGPT may leave you out in Gemini, and the sources each engine leans on can differ. A programme that reports one blended number hides the gaps, so ours reports by engine, by prompt and by buying stage.
We never rely on a single test. Answers vary between runs and between users, so we track a fixed prompt set repeatedly and report the pattern, not a screenshot of a favourable answer.
When ChatGPT browses the web for an answer, it retrieves results through Bing. If your site is not indexed well in Bing, it may not make it into answers that depend on live search, regardless of how well you rank in Google. Most B2B teams have never looked at their Bing setup. We cover why in our guide to Bing and ChatGPT visibility.
Beyond Bing, we check that AI crawlers can reach and render your pages, that key content is not hidden behind scripts, and that pages load fast enough to be retrieved. These are prerequisites, not differentiators. They stop you losing before the content is even considered.
Language models lean heavily on what independent sources say about a brand. Industry roundups, "best of" lists, review platforms such as G2 and Capterra, analyst mentions and editorial coverage all tell a model that someone credible has already evaluated your category and included you.
That is why a large share of our work happens off your own site. We identify the lists and publications that models cite for your category, find the gaps between you and the competitors who are named, and prioritise where to earn coverage. Placement work runs through our digital PR service.
We track a fixed set of buyer prompts across ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. For each we record whether you are mentioned, how you are described, where you appear and which competitors appear instead. That gives you visibility, share of voice and mention position, benchmarked against named competitors. The method is on our methodology page.
What we cannot do is control the models. Nobody can guarantee a recommendation, and any agency that does is overselling. What we can do is remove the reasons you are being skipped, build the evidence that earns a mention, and show you honestly whether it is working.
We work with B2B software and SaaS companies, most often at Series A and B, where buyers research vendors before they speak to sales. It matters less for brands that sell mainly through direct relationships, enterprise procurement or local search, and it is premature for pre-product companies, because third-party mentions depend on a live product with real users.
ChatGPT is still the default, but its lead is shrinking. In Goodie's 2026 AI search traffic report, ChatGPT's share of measured B2B AI referrals fell to about 63%, down from 89% eight months earlier, while Claude rose from 1.4% to 18.5%. That is a snapshot from one panel of B2B sites and a measure of referrals, not overall market share, but the direction is clear.
Google's Gemini and AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot inside Microsoft 365 and Perplexity are all growing in different ways. A programme that only watches ChatGPT will miss where your buyers are heading.

No, and nobody can. Models change how they work often and their answers vary between runs and users. What we can do is remove the reasons you are being skipped, build the evidence that earns a mention, and track the result honestly by engine.
We track a fixed set of buyer prompts repeatedly across ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, recording whether you are mentioned, how you are described, where you appear and which competitors appear instead. Because answers vary, we report the pattern across runs, not a single screenshot.
When ChatGPT browses the web, it retrieves results through Bing, so Bing indexing matters for answers that depend on live search. Google rankings do not carry over automatically, which is why a brand can rank well on Google and still be missing from ChatGPT's answers.
LLM SEO is one part of GEO. GEO covers visibility across every generative engine, including Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. This service focuses on the language-model assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini and the specifics of how each decides which brands to name.
In our experience, early citation gains often appear within 8 to 12 weeks of the strategy phase finishing, and share of voice tends to compound over three to six months. Timelines vary by engine, category and competition, and we do not guarantee specific results.
The strategy phase is priced from £5,995 (+VAT) depending on scope, and Growth retainers typically start from £3,500 (+VAT) a month. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
